Scope and Applicability
The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, and also to processing outside India if it relates to offering goods or services to individuals in India. IndianEducationSeminars collects limited digital personal data automatically through website analytics and cookies to improve user experience and content relevance. Response Timeframes
Under the DPDP Act, we are required to respond to your requests within 30 days of receipt. In exceptional circumstances, we may extend this period by an additional 15 days and will notify you if this occurs.
No Discrimination Policy
IndianEducationSeminars will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service to you because you exercised your rights under the DPDP Act.
